Schedule monthly dividend stock earnings with a monthly payment frequency. Both entities are insurance companies domiciled in Massachusetts and controlled by the Company (collectively, the “Liberty MA Mutual Companies”). Insured persons or holders of bonds or other insurance obligations issued by LMHC insurance companies other than member companies ARE NOT members of Liberty Mutual Holding Company Inc. These companies and the legal entities that manage them use several Liberty Mutual trade names and trademarks, including, but not limited to, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, Liberty Mutual Personal Markets; A Liberty Mutual Insurance Company; Liberty International; Sfeco Insurance; Ironshore; “State Auto”; and similar types of names that may be adopted from time to time.
Each of these companies markets and underwrites insurance policies issued by the numerous insurance entities owned or controlled by Liberty Mutual Holding Company Inc. The following tables and related footnotes provide information to members of Liberty Mutual Holding Company Inc., as well as other matters that require member voting; (participating in any distribution or receiving consideration based on the value of Liberty Mutual Holding Company Inc.). The disclosure law also applies to Liberty Mutual Mid-Atlantic Insurance Company and Montgomery Mutual Insurance Company.
